Local Food, Gluten Free Options and Update on Nutrition and Allergen Information Availability

Want to know more about UMD food & nutrition? Nutrition and allergen information is now available at the Dining Center, Food Court & Northern Shores Coffee House! In the Food Court, look for signs posted near the Burger Hub, Daily Special, and Taste of Italia. At the Dining Center, signs are posted daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees as well as the salad bar, sandwich bar. and soups. Information is available upon request at Northern Shores Coffee House, just ask your Batista!

Interested in eating local? UMD Dining Services is using UMD Farm produce in all of its dining locations, look for signs stating "UMD Farm Fresh Vegetables."


Do you need to eat gluten-free? UMD offers a number of gluten-friendly options, including gluten free breads and buns at both the Dining Center & Food Court locations. Northern Shores Coffee House offers Udi's Gluten Free muffins and bagels, as well as Hope's Country Fresh Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies.
